# Refund Policy
Our refund policy is effective for 30 days from the date of your purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be given: (if applicable)
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts due to reasons not attributable to our error.
- Items that are returned more than 30 days after they were delivered.
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or denial of your refund request.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically issued to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
If you have not received your refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. You should also contact your bank, as there may be a delay in the posting of your refund.
